Mouth-Watering Savory Dishes

If you like bold spices like turmeric, paprika, and pepper, you’ll find that kratom is a wonderful substitute for many fragrant herbs and spices. You can even pair kratom with spices like turmeric and ginger for a powerful anti-inflammatory and digestive-health-boosting combination that is truly one-of-a-kind. 

Important Note: To prevent damage to heat-sensitive alkaloids, it’s best to avoid boiling your kratom. If cooking with kratom, simmer on low heat or blend into your recipe after heating. Adding an acidic ingredient such as lemon juice or apple cider vinegar can also be used to prevent alkaloid breakdown when heating.

Aromatic Coconut Curry: Mix a dose of kratom powder with coconut milk, cashews/peanuts, vegetables, curry paste, broth, and your favorite proteins to create a wonderfully healthy curry. For the best results, slow-cook all ingredients on a low simmer until the flavors have properly married. We like to pair our curry sauce with delicious coconut rice to absorb all of the potent goodness. 

Crispy & Crunchy Asian Salad: Grab your favorite mix of greens and dice up some cucumbers, carrots, bell peppers, cabbage, and any other veggies you like. For the crunch component, mix in Asian-style crunchy noodles and your choice of peanuts, almonds, and/or cashews. 

To incorporate the kratom, we add 4-6 kratom doses to the dressing. Fill a mason jar with the ingredients and shake until the components are well incorporated. Pour directly over the salad mix when ready! 

The 6-serving dressing recipe includes: 

  • ¼ cup rice vinegar
  • ¼ cup sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tsp ground or grated ginger 
  • ½ tsp salt & pepper
  • 4-6 doses of your favorite kratom powder

Green Kratom Health Shake: Blend a dose of kratom into 1 cup of spinach with an apple, banana, lemon juice, chia, coconut, and Greek yogurt or a dairy alternative for extra creaminess

Tropical Citrus Lift: Blend a white or green kratom dose with orange, mango, strawberries, ice, coconut, or almond milk, and a dash of honey for even more sweetness

Antioxidant Berry-Granola Infusion: Grab a pack of mixed dark berries and blend with your favorite yogurt/milk alternative, dark chocolate, a dose of kratom, granola, and your choice of honey or agave nectar if you have a sweet tooth
